Specialist work begins with an initial eligibility review.

Specialist hub

A clear route into specialist work.

Specialist enquiries need careful scoping before documents change hands or work begins. We start with a brief, non-sensitive outline and the professional checks relevant to your matter.

Service areas

Five defined specialist services.

Each route explains the likely purpose, information needed for initial screening and important boundaries. It does not decide eligibility or promise that the work can be accepted.

Initial review

Checks before acceptance.

Professional safeguards are part of the service, not a barrier placed after the event.

  1. 1

    Eligibility and service fit

We identify the exact question, period, legal context, intended users and formal deadline.

  2. 2

    Conflicts and independence

Key parties and existing relationships are screened before confidential evidence is requested.

  3. 3

    Competence, capacity and scope

We consider whether the work is within professional competence, can be delivered properly and has clear limitations.

What to include initially

  • Your name, organisation and contact details.
  • The service you believe may be relevant.
  • A short, non-sensitive outline of the matter and relevant period.
  • Key organisations or parties for initial conflict screening.
  • Any formal deadline and who imposed it.

What not to send through a public route

Do not initially send bank records, identity documents, accounts, detailed allegations, login credentials, legally privileged material or original evidence. If the matter can progress, a suitable secure document route can be agreed. A client portal is being considered but is not currently available through this website.

A considered next step

Start with the right first conversation.

Share a brief, non-sensitive outline. We will explain the appropriate next step without implying acceptance or a commitment to act.
