Website information
Cookie and storage notice
Clear information about browser storage, essential security technology and the controls that apply before any optional technology is enabled.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device. Websites can also use local storage, pixels, scripts and similar technologies to store or access information. Some are necessary to provide a service or keep it secure. Others measure use, remember optional choices or support advertising.
2. Current technology record
- Website hosting and security
- Provider: OpenAI Sites. Purpose: deliver and secure the website. Category: necessary hosting and security. Duration: provider-managed. The inventory will be checked again when the custom domain is connected or the hosting configuration changes.
- Delakazzi analytics or marketing
- Status: not enabled. No Delakazzi analytics event is fired by the enquiry form and no advertising or cross-site tracking has been added.
- Initial-enquiry security check
- Provider: Cloudflare Turnstile. Purpose: protect the form from automated abuse. Category: necessary security. The managed widget checks browser and device signals and creates a short-lived token for server-side validation. Pre-clearance is disabled, so Delakazzi does not deliberately request a
cf_clearancecookie through this form. - Form email delivery
- Provider: Postmark. Purpose: send one transactional notification to Delakazzi after a valid enquiry. It operates server-side and does not need to place a cookie or browser-storage item on the visitor's device through this integration. Open and link tracking are disabled.
- Future client portal
- Status: not active. Any authentication, session or security technology will be named with its provider, purpose, duration and applicable exception position before it processes production data.
Delakazzi will repeat the browser-storage audit after a material hosting, form, analytics, consent or portal change. Any newly identified technology will be recorded with its name, provider, purpose, duration, category and available control.
3. Necessary and optional technologies
Technologies used only where essential to transmit a communication, provide a service you request, authenticate a secure session or protect that service may fall within a UK storage-and-access exception. We will still explain their use. You may be unable to use the relevant service if you block them.
A narrow statistical or appearance-related use may qualify for a separate statutory exception only when all applicable conditions are met. Delakazzi will not assume an exception for third-party analytics, profiling or another secondary purpose.
4. Consent and your choices
Any technology that is not covered by an applicable exception will remain off until you make a clear choice. If optional technologies are introduced, the website will provide equally clear accept and reject controls, category-level choices and an easy way to withdraw consent. Optional choices will not be pre-enabled and refusing them will not prevent access to ordinary website information.
You can also inspect, block or remove stored information using your browser settings. Browser controls may not replace an on-site consent or objection control where one is legally required.
5. Future client portal
A secure client portal is being considered but is not available through this website. Authentication and security-session technologies may be necessary when a person requests and uses a genuine portal. They will not be reused for analytics or marketing without a separate lawful assessment and control. The privacy and cookie notices will be updated before document exchange begins.
6. Contact and version
Questions about the use of cookies or similar technologies can be sent to info@delakazzi.co.uk. See our privacy notice for information about rights and complaints.
Updated: 18 August 2026. This notice reflects the current Sites hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile form security and server-side Postmark delivery configuration.
