Website information
Accessibility statement
Delakazzi wants people to be able to understand and use this website across devices and different ways of navigating.
1. Scope and commitment
This statement covers the Delakazzi Accountants website built on OpenAI Sites. We want disabled visitors to receive a service that is as close as reasonably possible to the service available to other visitors. We will consider reasonable adjustments and alternative ways to provide information or assistance where a barrier cannot be removed immediately.
2. What has been built in
- Semantic page landmarks and a logical heading structure.
- A skip link, keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus.
- Responsive reflow across small screens and enlarged layouts.
- Text and control colours designed for readable contrast.
- Accessible names and associated labels for interactive controls.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected.
- Meaningful images described and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Plain-language warnings and error text that does not rely on colour alone.
3. How this website has been tested
On 17 August 2026, the build was checked across 320, 375, 390, 430, 768, 1024 and 1440 CSS-pixel widths. A 200% reflow equivalent was checked at a 720 CSS-pixel viewport on a 1440-pixel display. Rendered routes, headings, landmarks, links, accessible names, form validation, reduced-motion CSS and horizontal overflow were also reviewed. Selected routes were then spot-checked for semantic reading order, accessible names, visible keyboard focus and form-error focus handling. A full audible screen-reader and supported-browser matrix remains a production acceptance check.
4. Known limitations
- The live enquiry journey, including Cloudflare Turnstile, still requires a completed manual screen-reader and supported-browser matrix.
- A completed screen-reader and supported-browser matrix, including mobile assistive technology, is still required before a production conformance claim.
- Any future form delivery, spam protection, consent tool, analytics or client portal will need a new accessibility test after integration.
- The temporary Sites hosting layer is supplied by the hosting service and is outside the Delakazzi page design.
These limitations do not prevent telephone or email contact. They are recorded here so that no unqualified conformance claim is made.
5. Help, feedback and alternative formats
If you cannot access information, need it in another format or encounter a barrier, email info@delakazzi.co.uk or call 020 3870 5275. Please identify the page, the information or task you need, the format that would help and your preferred contact method. We will acknowledge the request and work with you on a reasonable alternative. Meetings are by appointment only.
6. Preparation and review
This statement was updated on 18 August 2026. It will be reviewed after the manual assistive-technology pass, after any material website or form change, and at least annually once the public site is launched.
